The order is divided into lots. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.
The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, SPO in Mokrawica, SPO in Świnoujście and SPO in Mielenko Drawski.
The supplied diesel oil must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels and the requirements specified in the PN-EN 590: 2013-12 standard or equivalent with parameters not worse than those described in Annex 3 to the cited regulation (by volume at a reference temperature of +15 degrees C).
1) part 1 Słajsino - the scope of the contract includes non-cash refueling of liquid fuels in a quantity not exceeding, together with the "option right", 900,000 l in the following scope:
a) diesel oil - 900,000 l (including basic order 630,000 l);
b) the sale will be made without cash;
c) the place of fuel delivery is RZGO in Słajsin;
d) sale of fuel will be carried out by refueling into fuel tanks;
e) capacity: 3 tanks x 5,000 l = 15,000 l;
f) the minimum amount of one-time delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, a maximum of 15,000 liters.
The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, under which it assumes that:
- the estimated size of the option right is 30% of the maximum order,
- the option right will be implemented under the same conditions and dates as the basic order,
- the optional order will be implemented according to the actual needs of the contracting authority and may be used within the term of the contract,
- the unit price of the option right will be the same as for the basic order, as specified in the offer form submitted by the contractor.
The contracting authority reserves the right to refuel the orderer's vehicles at service stations (e.g. in the event of a distributor in Słajsin failing) designated by the contractor to service the orderer, located not more than 20 km from the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin or providing a tanker truck with fuel within 120 minutes since reporting a breakdown or other situation preventing refueling of vehicles from tanks in RZGO in Słajsin. Settlement with the contractor for the fuel collected will take place in accordance with Chapter 13 of the ToR.
The contracting authority is not able to predict if such a situation will occur during the performance of the contract.
2) part 2 Mokrawica - the scope of the contract includes cashless refueling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding, together with the "option right", 50,000 l in the following scope:
a) diesel - a maximum of 50,000 l (including basic order 35,000 l);
b) the sale will be made without cash;
c) the place of fuel delivery is SOP in Mokrawica;
d) sale of fuel will be carried out by refueling into fuel tanks;
e) tank capacity: 3 500 l;
f) the minimum amount of one-time delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, a maximum of 3,500 liters.
The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, under which it assumes that:
- the estimated size of the option right is 30% of the maximum order,
- the option right will be implemented under the same conditions and dates as the basic order,
- the optional order will be implemented according to the actual needs of the contracting authority and may be used within the term of the contract,
- the unit price of the option right will be the same as for the basic order, as specified in the offer form submitted by the contractor.
3) part 3 Świnoujście - the scope of the contract includes non-cash refueling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding, together with the "option right", 85,000 l in the following scope:
a) diesel fuel - a maximum of 85,000 l (including basic order 59,500 l);
b) the sale will be made without cash;
c) the place of fuel delivery is SOP in Świnoujście;
d) sale of fuel will be carried out by refueling into fuel tanks;
e) tank capacity: 3 500 l;
f) the minimum amount of one-time delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, a maximum of 3,500 liters.

a) diesel - a maximum of 40,000 l (including basic order 28,000 l);
b) the sale will be made without cash;
c) the place of fuel delivery will be SOP in Mielenko Drawski;
d) sale of fuel will be carried out by refueling into fuel tanks;
e) tank capacity of 3,500 liters;
f) the minimum amount of one-time delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, a maximum of 3,500 liters.
The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, under which it assumes that:
- the estimated size of the option right is 30% of the maximum order,
- the option right will be implemented under the same conditions and dates as the basic order,
- the optional order will be implemented according to the actual needs of the client and may be used within the contract period,
- the unit price of the option right will be the same as for the basic order, as specified in the Bid Form submitted by the contractor.
