The subject of the contract is the delivery of EMG and EEG devices, hereinafter referred to as "devices" to the Complex of Health Care Institutions in Cieszyn.

The order is divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 – Delivery of the EMG apparatus

Part No 2 – Supply of EEG apparatus

The subject of the contract is the delivery of the EMG device to the Complex of Health Care Institutions in Cieszyn.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of an EEG device to the Complex of Health Care Institutions in Cieszyn.
