This is a contract governed by Article R.2123-1 3 ° having for object social services and other specific services. The effective start of childcare is set for 02/01/2024. The forecast notification of the market: November 2023. The duration of the contract is broken down as follows: first period of the contract runs from the notification of the contract to the holder until 31/08/2024. The contract may be tacitly renewed over four more successive one-year periods. On lot 1: neither authorised nor variants required. On lot 2: candidates are allowed to present ONE variant, subject to meeting the following minimum imposed specifications (opening hours). It is not mandatory to propose a variant.
