Alloti market, of five lots. Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, without minimum or maximum, concluded with a single economic operator. The contract shall take effect and shall be executed from 1.11.2021 or on the date of receipt of the notification by the holder. The later of the two dates will be taken into account. Contract duration: one year.

Renewal: the market can be renewed three times for a period of one year. The renewal provided for in the contract is tacit and the holder cannot object to it. The contracting authority shall take a written decision not to renew the contract at least three months before the due date. The contract is concluded at unit prices. Notwithstanding Article 10.1.1 of the FCS, all prices shall be revised, as applicable, on January 1 of each year beginning on 1.1.2023.

Lot 1: territory Bourg — Dombes — Val de Saône.

Lot 2: Amberieu — Bugey — Isère territory.

Lot 3: territory Pays de Gex — Ferney — Bellegarde

Lot 4: Oyonnax Territory — Haut-Bugey.

Lot 5: Rhône Métropole territory.
