A tender for the purchase of the construction of a new school/multi-purpose building to be built in the district of Pori's Ruosniemi, a process divided by an open procedure, in which the willing bidders can participate by submitting their tenders in accordance with the invitation to tender. (Partial bids are allowed by contract).
The work is carried out as a divided chore as follows:

The subscriber evaluates, with the criteria set out in this RFQ and in the attachments, all offers submitted.
The basis for the selection of contractors is the total price. If the procurement process is suspended prior to the acquisition decision, the subscriber is under no obligation to reimburse the tenders for the costs incurred by participating in the process. The language for interaction, design and implementation of the project is Finnish.
The construction project to be ordered on the basis of this call for tender is intended to implement a primary school for n.650 pupils, as well as facilities for early education, pupil maintenance and dental care as a new building in the district of Pori's Ruosniemi.
