1. The subject of the contract is the supply and return modules for Branches P, M, H and G of the Local Cryogenic System of the Super-FRS accelerator of the FAIR infrastructure together with transport – two basic tasks:
Basic task No. 1 – 6 power supply modules and 1 turning module
Basic task No. 2 – 6 power modules
for the Super-FRS FAIR infrastructure accelerator
2. The FAIR (Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research) accelerator complex is currently being built in Darmstadt, Germany, by the international organization FAIR GmbH, whose Polish shareholder is the Jagiellonian University. One of the tasks coordinated and implemented by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology as part of the Polish contribution to the construction of FAIR is the delivery of power supply and return modules for the P, M, H and G Branches of the Local Cryogenic System of the Super-FRS accelerator of the FAIR infrastructure.
3. Place of delivery: The registered office of FAIR GmbH located at Planckstrasse 1, 64291 Darmstadt, Germany.
