This contract relates to:

1) Hardware part

This part includes the operational leasing of printers which will be divided into five basic categories, with access to the entire manufacturer's catalog for exceptions and needs that the contracting authority is not in a position to anticipate. time to draft the contract documents.

2) Software part

The contract includes the supply of a software solution for centralized management of the fleet of multi-brand printers.

3) Services section

This part of the contract covers:

- the operational management of the fleet and its maintenance, the rental of printers to include Full Managed Services;

- resumption of multi-brand management of the existing fleet. The supply of consumables is however excluded and remains the responsibility of i-City;

- the transition plan at the start of the contract and at the end of the contract.
