The object is the extension and renovation work of the Ylikylä community center. The gross area of the building is approximately 10,800 m 2 .

The form of a contract is a split contract where the work is started with a construction and foundation contract and then continued with construction, paving and yard contracts.

A separate contract notice is issued for construction, pipe, climate, building automation, electrical and yard contracts.

The construction contractor will act as the general contractor / main contractor from the commencement of the work included in the contract until completion of the project.

Construction and foundation (part of the time), piping, air-conditioning, building automation, electrical and yard works are subordinate to the building (main) contract.
