The procurement is divided into the following areas:
1. Industrial foods
2. Frozen foods
3. Fresh bread
4. Milk and milk products
5. Fish
6. Meat, meat products, prepared meals.
There are a total of six sub-areas (6). Partial offers will be accepted by sub-areas. Partial offers within the sub-area are not allowed. Alternative offers are not allowed. The tenderer may offer one (1) or more areas. The comparison is made by sub-area. One (1) contract supplier will be selected for each component. The aim is that the contract period begins on 1.3.2020 and that the contract is valid until 28.2.2023. In addition, the agreement includes two (2) one (1) year stock options. The decision on the exercise of the options will be made within three (3) years of the signing of the agreement. The Supplier has no right to refuse the option period.
