1. The subject of the contract is: "Comprehensive supply of electricity for the needs of Bydgoszcz Airport S.A. in 2023".

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Description of the subject of the contract according to the codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary of the CPV:

CPV – 09000000-3 petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other energy sources,

CPV- 09300000-2 electricity, heat, solar and nuclear,

CPV- 65310000-9 electricity transmission

The subject of the contract covers the sale of electricity for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 for a comprehensive contract. The Contractor must have concluded an appropriate contract with the DSO. All notifications, notifications to the DSO and procedures resulting from the change of seller are the responsibility of the Contractor.

The supply of electricity to PLB S.A. takes place via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: ENEA S.A.

The Ordering Party shall grant the Contractor the powers of attorney necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the electricity seller – if applicable.

Bydgoszcz Airport S.A. has a 49.5kW photovoltaic microinstallation for its own needs. In the event of a change in the RES regulations assuming an increase from 50kW to 150kW of the upper limit of the power of a prosumer installation, the contracting authority envisages the extension of the current PV installation to 150kW. The new comprehensive agreement must enable the contracting authority to have a photovoltaic installation.
