Client is considering continuing ERD for the WGA as of 1 January 2022. Whether contracting entity actually continues the ERD with private insurance for the WHO depends on whether the ERD is a more (financially) attractive option than to host the WHO funding with the UWV or taking it on its own. Robidus will perform the analysis in order to determine the previous one. If the Client actually decides to stay ERD through private insurance, the Assignment will be awarded to the most suitable party and the resulting award of an agreement. The assessment of the Tenders takes place on the basis of the Best Value for Quality Ratio (BPKV) award criterion This criterion is further described in this Specifications. The client is ERD for the disease law. The client has the intention to stay for the disease law during the ERD.

At the date of 24 August 2021, the client had 784 employees employed. The expected WIA wage from KSU in 2022 amounts to €28,500,000.

The actual scope of the contract is known after the final premium statement WGA insurance.
