Provision of dust control mats on a rental and purchase basis including delivery, collection, cleaning and, if necessary, replacement

The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a contract for the provision and preparation of dust control mats on a rental and purchase basis (price per delivery) including delivery, collection, cleaning and, if necessary, replacement.

The service must be carried out in accordance with the attached notes on the award procedure and service description, including annexes. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at the TU Dresden (Annex 6), the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Services ("VOL/B"; in the version of August 5, 2003), which are supplemented or specified by the Additional Terms and Conditions for Supply and Service Contracts of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at the TU Dresden (Annex 7), shall apply, and, in turn, the provisions of the German Civil Code in the version valid at the time of award of the contract.
