Mattilsynet invites tenderers to an open tender contest with negotiations for a framework agreement for the supply of:

— WAN services(VPN with QoS) and own internet access,

— IP-telephony supplied to award authority's Alcatel platform,

— mobile telephones and related services, integrated into switchboard (CMG),

— subscription and traffic for fixed and mobile telephony,

— service and operating agreement for our Alcatel platform.

Mattilsynet comprises approx. 120 locations, and has approx. 1 300 employees.

The contest is carried out in two stages, this part of the contest is the pre-qualification stage.

The agreement is for 3 years, with the possibility of a maximum of 3 year prolongation, one year at a time.

Suppliers cannot submit tenders for parts of the contract. Mattilsynet will enter into an agreement with one supplier who shall be responsible for all integrations and all services.
