The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, side use of the forest and nursery management, to be performed at the Koryciny Nursery Farm in the Rudka Forest District in 2023.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, collateral use of the forest and nursery management, to be performed at the Koryciny Nursery Farm in the Rudka Forest District in 2023.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, by-use of the forest and nursery management, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Attachment No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds).

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2. Material ranges are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok adopted by Decision No. 11/2022 of the Regional Director of State Forests of June 29, 2022 on the introduction of the "Regional Description of the Forest Works Technology Technology Standard – 2022.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The place of performance of the subject of the contract ("Implementation Area") will be the administrative area of the Rudka Forest District. The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract will take place at the Koryciny Nursery Farm, and in relation to seeds, it will also cover the area of Józefin, Wdowin, Siemiony, Dołubowo forests.

8) The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in Appendix 2.2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Implementation Area.
