2) The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 6,000,000 (in words: six million zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned deficit of the commune budget in connection with the planned implementation of the investment and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits;

3) The loan will be available within 14 days from the date of signing the contract;

4) The loan will be activated in the amount and date agreed with the Contractor of the contract, after submission of the application by the Ordering Party 3 days before the loan is launched. The application must be submitted in writing, on the Ordering Party's print or on the print provided by the bank and be signed by persons authorized to represent the Ordering Party;

(5) The total mobilisation of the loan shall take place by 30 December 2022;
