The purpose of the assignment is to investigate how the follow-up of people who are exposed to involuntary stays abroad can be strengthened. The investigation must also include an assessment of the need to strengthen or adjust the scheme with integration advisers. This will result in one written report that will describe the results and methods of the investigation.

The time frame of the contract is from contract signing to the presentation of the final report by 15 December 2023, and has a combined frame of NOK 2.5 million, excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
