The contract is for the delivery of GPR (ground penetrating radar) scanning of the wearing course on bridges in the Eastern Region. The delivery to the Contracting Authority for each bridge shall be a presentation that includes both pictures and figures of the variation in the wearing course thickness on the bridge surface/lanes, as well as the average wearing course thickness.

The contract is for the delivery of GPR (ground penetrating radar) scanning of wearing course on bridges in the Eastern Region. Data registration of the wearing course shall be carried out by equipment mounted on vehicles that, in most circumstances, can be driven on the road together with other traffic, i.e. without work notification. The delivery of the individual bridges to the Contracting Authority shall be both a visual and a numerical presentation of the variation of the wearing course thickness on the bridge surface/traffic lane areas, as well as the average wearing course thickness. The Contracting Authority will, in the individual call-offs that occur one to more times each year, give an overview of which bridges scanning shall be performed on.
