The item of the order is divided into eight partial orders.

The object of the order is the delivery and installation of technological equipment of the professional studio to the Centre for Vocational Education and Business at 48 Warszawska Street

In Gorzów Wlkp. The investment is located within the streets of Warsaw, Hospital

I Theatrical (the site after the former city hospital). Overall the investment area includes plots 2317/4, 2318, 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2321/6, 2321/7, 2555, 2566/2, r.5 — Downtown.

The Contractor under the subject of the contract shall provide:

Delivery of equipment, machinery and other elements of technological equipment of professional studios by own transport at their expense, including their installation

In the premises and places indicated by the Ordering Party in the area of the Centre for Vocational and Business Education at 48 Warszawska Street in Gorzów Wlkp. Delivery also includes the connection of all new equipment falling within the scope of the object of the order in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines of the manufacturer concerned, the transfer of the entire object of the order ready for work to the Ordering Party,

Transport and installation of equipment already owned by the Ordering Party, which are located in schools in the territory of Gorzów Wlkp., at their expense to premises and places designated by the Ordering Party in the area of the Vocational Education Centre

I Biznesu at 48 Warszawska Street in Gorzów Wlkp., together with the connection of all devices in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines of the manufacturer concerned, transfer to the Ordering Party the whole object of the order ready for work, -

• Devices must be transported from the place of reception to the destination of the Devices should be delivered in the state in which they were received from the place of reception and also run them in the configuration in which they worked before the start of their transport

• connection of all equipment falling within the scope of the object of the order in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines of the manufacturer concerned, transfer the entire object of the order ready for work to the Ordering Party,

• instructions for the operation of machines and devices, along with their simplified — pictorial and educational version, placed in the nearest possible place or on the device/machine.

• plan and manufacture of shadow boards relevant to quality management of type 5S, LEAN, etc. and the arrangement of power tools, small tools, etc. in cabinets/ drawers according to the scheduled order.

• the object of the contract described in §1 (1) (1) of the model contract must be new, unused, free from physical and legal defects,

• software attached to the hardware should come from a legitimate source of distribution and ensure its legal use in Poland,

• the equipment offered must not be an end of life product (EOL product), that is, one whose production has already been completed and has been withdrawn from the manufacturer's sales channel,

• The Contractor shall guarantee the delivered object of the contract under the conditions set out in the detailed description of the item of the contract constituting Part II of the SWZ;

• during the warranty period and warranty, the Contractor is obliged to conduct warranty service at his expense,

• description, together with the specification of equipment, machinery and other components, is the OPZ.
