Description:
Supply of research apparatus

The subject of the order is the delivery of the research apparatus.

Package No 1 — system for measuring chlorophyll gas exchange and fluorescence

Complete integrated system for simultaneous measurement of gas exchange and fluorescence of chlorophyll.

The system should allow simultaneous measurement of the parameters of the gas exchange and fluorescence of chlorophyll (i.e. without the need for replacement of the components of the device).

Components:

Standard chamber for measuring gas exchange on fully educated leaves.

Integrated modulated fluorimeter.

Leaf surface illumination assembly with adjustable LED light.

Integrated external light sensor.

Console to program measurements and read measured values.

The ability to write results to a memory card.

Includes batteries, charger, set of necessary reagents, transport bag, memory card.

Stand (e.g., height adjustable tripod) for stable embedding of the measuring head.

Additional (interchangeable) chamber to measure gas exchange on young (ungrown) leaves (measuring surface less than 6 cm2).

Measured parameters (minimum):

Gas exchange: photosynthesis intensity, transpiration intensity, spar conductivity, intercellular CO2concentration.

Chlorophyll fluorescence: Fv/Fm, Yield, ETR (electron flow) tests, photochemical and non-photochemical extinguishment.

Work parameters (minimum measurement ranges):

CO concentration2: 0 — 2,000 ppm (measurement capability with elevated CO2in the chamber)

PAR: 0 — 2,000 μmol/m2/s (for gas exchange measurement)

Package No 12 — water treatment system

1) Description:

Equipment equipped with a pump, UV lamp and microfilter capsule, including a set of connections (water supply, sewer, to the tank) and a purity class I and II purity water collection tap.
