Urban and social studies, Les Epis neighborhood in Sin-le-Noble and Dorignies / Deûle bridge in Douai and Flers-en-Escrebieux neighborhoods selected under the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU).

The study will focus on a social and urban diagnosis of each neighborhood included in the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU). It will then be necessary to define the strategic orientations to change these neighborhoods and establish a master plan / blueprint. Finally, it will be necessary to propose an urban project for each district with the detailed programming of operations that will be proposed to the convention at ANRU.

This social and urban study has a pre-operational vocation.

Each neighborhood is the subject of a study of its own, according to its specificities, but the same working methodology and the same type of rendering elements are expected.

It is important to note that the work carried out on the Les Epis district in Sin-le-Noble (NPNU neighborhood as a neighborhood of national interest) is a continuation of the urban renewal project started in 2008, with operations still nearing completion (public spaces, equipment rehabilitation and demolition). This changing neighborhood is also adjacent to the Raquet eco-district, which is expanding (ZAC carried by Douaisis Agglo).

The district of Dorignies / Deûle Bridge (district selected under the districts of regional interest) has, for its part, the specificity of being straddling two communes and the approach proper to the urban renewal is not there still well known and mastered by the various actors concerned, even if overall studies have already been carried out in this area.
