The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the city and municipality of Bogatynia, which the Ordering Party divided into 4 parts. The first part – concerns the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the city and commune of Bogatynia; - the second part - concerns the operation of a selective waste collection point PSZOK; - the third part – concerns the performance of permanent activities including emptying and disposal of municipal waste from street and park bins, cleaning the surface of playgrounds in accordance with the waste disposal schedule and emptying and removing waste from dog droppings stations located in the city and municipality of Bogatynia; -part four – concerns the disposal of waste from places not intended for landfill.

The subject of the contract for the first part of the municipal waste collection and management framework includes, inter alia, the following scope: 1. Collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live. 2. Collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on them. 3. Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate which is partly real estate where residents live and partly real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on them. 4. Collection and management of municipal waste from summer cottages on real estate. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is to run and operate the Selective Waste Collection Point by collecting municipal waste selectively collected and delivered by residents to PSZOK, which is located at Zgorzelecka Street in Bogatynia. The subject of the contract is to perform permanent activities including emptying and disposal of municipal waste from street and park bins, cleaning playground surfaces in accordance with the waste disposal schedule and emptying and removing waste from dog droppings stations located in the city and municipality of Bogatynia.
