The OTW is made up of 6 Territorial Directorates:
- the General Management located at 5100 Jambes,
- the Territorial Directorate Walloon Brabant whose regional headquarters is located in 1300 Wavre,
- the Charleroi Territorial Directorate whose regional headquarters are located at 6000 Charleroi,
- the Territorial Directorate Hainaut whose regional headquarters are located in 7000 Mons,
- the Liège-Verviers Territorial Directorate whose regional headquarters are located at 4030 Liège,
- the Namur-Luxembourg Territorial Directorate whose registered office is located in 5000 Namur.
The purpose of this contract is to supply, exclusively, approximately, on the basis of 2022 consumption:
- 27,000 MWh/year in electricity (low and high voltage),
- 16,600 MWh/year in natural gas.
Electricity consumption will have to be reviewed according to the arrival of the Liège Tram (short line) and its extensions (Herstal and Jemeppe-su-Meuse) as well as the arrival of the Liège Tram (short line) and its extensions. (see contract documents)
