The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund (Lånekassen) has implemented an open tender contest and entered into a framework agreement with 3 providers regarding the purchase of SMS service.

The agreement includes establishment and receipt of incoming and outgoing SMS messages. The services shall cover the Norwegian State Education Fund's requirement for communication via SMS.
