The transfer of critical patients between health facilities must ensure health care and continuity of care, with adequate personnel and means, to deal with the risks and incidents that may occur during the hospital, from reception at the center of origin to transfer at the destination center, and this, in accordance with the description of the service performed in the technical specifications.
