Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) and the Directorate of Customs have decided to continue a cooperation as contracting authorities for a framework agreement for leasing.

A framework agreement shall be signed for leasing vehicles (passenger cars, lorries and buses) and other operational material that the contracting authorities require.

Other operational material means: Lorries, truck tractors, buses, aggregates, tractors, snow scooters, ATVs etc. It is not possible to state the extent for this.

Actual tenderers must submit a tender for the entire enquiry in order to be considered.

The contracting authority will make call-offs when they need leasing services, or refrain entirely from using the service in the contract period if there is no need.

Qualified tenderers will be assessed and ranked in accordance with the stated award criteria, which are in the tender documentation Part I, chapter 3.

The award will be made to the tenderer who achieves the best result based on the set award criteria.

A contract will only be awarded to one tenderer.
