In this tender, the City of Copenhagen wishes to obtain offers for a credit facility in the form of a cash credit with a subscription right for the Client of up to DKK 4,000,000,000,000.

In 2014, the Contracting Authority linked to the State agreement on payment intermediation services through the Public Payment System (OBS) and in this connection switched to full extended use of OBS. All the client's payment services are therefore handled directly through the State's payment service provider: Danske Bank A / S.

Payment intermediation services are thus not covered by this tender. But the State's agreement on payment services does not include a credit facility for the Regions and municipalities.

The Contract offered by the client on a Cash Credit must therefore also include a facility that ensures daily automatic transfers between the Supplier of the Cash Credit and Odregiver's top account in OBS at Danske Bank, so that the OBS top account is cleared daily (clearing), cf. the requirements specification.

In addition, the contracting entity must be able to make transfers to and from the cash credit account via the tenderer's online bank, which is why the Contract must also include an online banking facility.

Repo and other credit facilities are not included in this offering.
