The subject of the contract are the supply of meat, poultry and cold cuts to the Prison Service Training Center in Popów and the Branch Office in Kikity.

The supplied products should comply with the norms and standards set out in the Polish Norms and relevant legal regulations, including the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25 August 2006 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448), as well as the implementing regulations to this Act.

The type of items and the estimated demand for the period of 12 months, according to individual tasks, are presented in the price form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. Deliveries will be made to the customer's warehouse successively, depending on the current demand on the basis of information provided by the ordering party by phone, e-mail or fax until 1500 on the day preceding the delivery. Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. by transport and at the contractor's expense.
