Tender in one lot for construction work and electrical installations. Mechanical installations are tendered separately. The coordination of this is part of this call for tenders. Suitability requirements: experience with:
1. new-build utility building;
2. extension of utility building;
3. connection to existing building;
Renovation monumental building; and
5. inner city building.
Demonstrate by satisfaction statement by the client. Also a turnover requirement net B&U turnover applies: avg. annual turnover in the past three financial years min. EUR 6,000,000 excl. VAT.
23.3.2020 until 25.3.2020: fireplace on construction site. Start work from 1.9.2020. Delivery date 18.6.2021. The contractor must give a warranty on all work (also already performed). Excluding posts and foundation.
Demolition: 485 m
