The contract covers a Technical Assistance to the Contracting Authority (ATMO) mission for the project to extend, redevelop and improve the energy performance of Terminal 2 and the Jetée d'Aéroports de Lyon, including:

> the conduct of operations (organization, planning, daily management and coordination of actors, administrative, legal and financial assistance),

> technical, functional and economic expertise
