The subject of the contract is: Execution of the construction design and industry technical designs for the construction of the photovoltaic installation: PV Bydgoszcz - East together with the accompanying infrastructure, in the areas indicated in Table 1 with a total capacity of over 12 MW.
The subject of the contract includes:
1) before commencing design works, the Contractor shall agree with the Contracting Authority on the layout of the photovoltaic installation, i.e. orientation (setting relative to the sides of the world) and its power, not less than 12 MW (taking into account the provisions of the SWZ), divided into stages of construction works (3 stages). For this purpose, the Contractor will perform and present an analysis of the most effective orientation of the panels together with the simulation of electricity production according to Table 2 presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Design guidelines. In addition, the layout of the installation together with the accompanying infrastructure should be presented to the Ordering Party in graphic form (2 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version).
2) preparation of a list / list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation,
3) obtaining a map for design purposes and a basic map,
4) execution of a construction project in accordance with the local spatial development plan and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development, decisions on development conditions / decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment
(3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), together with all arrangements and permits, including obtaining a legally valid building permit / acceptance of notification of construction works,
5) execution of technical industry projects with calculations (3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), (design of the construction and construction industry, m.in. in the field of supporting structures of photovoltaic installations, fences and roads, design of the electrical industry m.in. in the field of transformer station and LV installation, i.e. lighting, power supply to low-voltage systems, low-voltage industry projects m.in. fire alarm system - SSP, CCTV system, access control system – SKD, automation industry projects, m.in. in the field of photovoltaic system operation control, work monitoring system, etc.),
6) execution of other studies necessary for implementation, such as a project of temporary traffic organization, inventory of greenery (along with obtaining a decision on felling trees / shrubs and indicating replacement plantings), project of construction of an access road, design solutions for collisions of utilities (e.g. with teletechnical, energy, heat, water supply, gas networks, with traffic control cables and others.) and with roads, geotechnical soil surveys, etc., with agreement in the opinion-giving bodies (e.g. ZDMiKP, Police, competent Department of the City of Bydgoszcz) in paper version in 2 copies and 1 copy in electronic version, attached to the construction project in the form of attachments,
7) preparation of a list of plots with a precinct map with the location of the photovoltaic installation - 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,
8) preparation of the investor's cost estimate (detailed and offer), bill of quantities - 2 copies in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,
9) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - 3 copies in paper version
and 1 copy in electronic version,
10) preparation of the Summary Statement of Costs of the investment task covering all costs of the investment task - 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version on a data carrier.
11) obtaining: conditions of connection to the power grid, decision on environmental conditions, including preparation of an information sheet / project characteristics, decision on development conditions, building permit, agreement of the authority issuing conditions for connection to the power grid, decision on felling trees / shrubs and indication of replacement plantings, geotechnical opinion and other required documents necessary for the implementation of the task in accordance with the applicable regulations (e.g. Construction Law, Environmental Protection Law, etc.)
12) performing author's supervision.
