In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the tendered service, the electronic submission system ELViS of the contract platform subreport provides a brief information on the services to be awarded, the cornerstones of the framework agreement to be concluded, and the project access to this contract award procedure (see point I.3) to process the award procedure according to VgV for download. The short information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by the applicants in the context of the competition. After completion of the competition, a detailed specification will be sent to the candidates selected in the competition.

As of 1.7.2020, the ART has to reissue the thermal effluents produced in the Mertesdorf Mechanical Bio- logical Drying Unit (MBT) (waste code 19 12 12 or 19 12 10). These are the following services:

- Acceptance of waste at the MBT site in Mertesdorf,

- transport of the waste to the recovery facility (moving floor vehicles),

- Recycling of waste (including disposal of residual and contaminants).

The aim of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several companies (§ 21 (4) VgV) on the aforementioned disposal services.

Note: The system can be controlled individually from the beginning of the service depending on the subsequent utilization costs. At the present time, however, the exact masses of the material flows, the calorific values and the analysis values of the output streams have not yet been determined. Due to these circumstances, the award should take place within the framework of a negotiated procedure.
