This tender concerns Hørsholm Municipality's tender for the task "Total consultancy for the development and expansion of Rungsted Harbour", which constitutes a total programme consisting of several sub-projects.

Over a long period of time, Hørsholm Municipality has been working on several scenarios for the development of Rungsted Harbour and has now decided to initiate the further realisation of the Programme, which is why tenders for the turnkey consultancy assignment (this tender) and tendering for client consultancy tasks are being initiated.

The turnkey consultant will assist the contracting entity's client organisation in connection with an initial planning and prioritisation of the sub-projects that are expected to be completed as part of the development and expansion of Rungsted Harbour.

The turnkey consultant will also assist with overall management and optimization of the overall Program as well as technical advice for the individual sub-projects.

As stated above in section II.1.4, this tender concerns a contract for turnkey consultancy. Later, Hørsholm Municipality also offers a contract regarding. Client consultancy for the same project.

A company can participate in both the tendering of the full-service consultancy agreement and the client consultancy agreement, but the company that is awarded the full-service consultancy agreement cannot also be awarded the client consultancy agreement.

The development and expansion of the Port of Rungsted consists of several sub-projects and synergy projects that are to be realized over a longer period and in terms of time.

Based on a presentation from the Board of Directors of Rungsted Harbour and a comprehensive involvement of citizens and stakeholders in and around the port, as well as a scenario proposal for the development of Rungsted Harbour, the politicians in Hørsholm Municipality have decided to allocate DKK 120 million for a thorough modernisation of the port. The Port of Rungsted contributes DKK 60 million to this, bringing the total grant to DKK 180 million. If it is decided that one or more synergy projects are included in the Programme, the grant may be increased by up to DKK 90 million.
