The Leibniz Center for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) is a non-university research institute for the determination of interrelations in agricultural landscapes. It thus provides the knowledge base for a sustainable use of agricultural landscapes.

On the grounds of the ZALF Müncheberg, the construction of a new building is currently being carried out in order to create additional scientific workplaces for various research projects at the ZALF. The building is expected to be completed in December 2019.

The building must be furnished and equipped.

To cover this demand, the procurement of office furniture, office seating, conference seating, lockers and a multifunction printer is planned.


office furniture

The subject of Lot 1 is the supply of various office furniture in the order of about EUR 25 000 net.

For economic reasons, the furniture should be purchased from the same manufacturer as the office furniture already in the inventory of the ZALF. As a result, individual furniture can be exchanged and supplemented as needed within the company.

Manufacturer of office furniture is the company Palmberg, office furniture programs: ORGA-PLUS, CREW, PRISM 2 and conference.

Part of the service is the transport, the contracts in the given rooms as well as the ready-to-use structure of the furniture including the transport and proper disposal of any resulting packaging material.

Information on delivery: The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator.

For organizational reasons, the furniture will be delivered in February 2020.


office chairs

The subject of Lot 2 is the supply of various office seating in the order of approximately EUR 17 000 net.

For economic reasons, the seating is to be purchased from the same manufacturer as the office furniture already in the inventory of the ZALF. As a result, individual furniture can be exchanged and supplemented as needed within the company.

Manufacturer of office furniture is the company Dauphin, office seating furniture programs: X-code pure style, Contract and INDUSTRY.

Part of the service is the transport, the contracts in the given rooms as well as the ready-to-use construction of the chairs including the transport and proper disposal of any packaging material.

Information on delivery: The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator.

For organizational reasons, the furniture will be delivered in February 2020.


conference chairs

The subject of Lot 3 is the delivery of various conference seating in the order of approximately EUR 13 000 net.

For economic reasons, the seating is to be purchased from the same manufacturer as the office furniture already in the inventory of the ZALF. As a result, individual furniture can be exchanged and supplemented as needed within the company.

Manufacturers of office furniture, which served as planning basis, is the company Dauphin (Trendoffice, Züco office seating AG), office seating furniture programs: Little Perillo and to-sync.

Part of the service is the transport, the contracts in the given rooms as well as the ready-to-use construction of the chairs, including the transport and proper disposal of any packaging material.

Information on delivery: The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator.

For organizational reasons, the furniture will be delivered in February 2020.


lockers

The subject of lot 4 is the supply of lockers in the order of about 1 200 EUR net.

Manufacturer of the locker cupboards, which served as planning basis, is the company C + P Möbelsysteme GmbH & CO. Kg, cloakroom range: S 2000 Classic.

The offer is made with these furniture or equivalent.

Part of the service is the transport, the contracts in the given rooms as well as the ready-to-use construction of the chairs, including the transport and proper disposal of any packaging material.

Information on delivery: The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator.

For organizational reasons, the furniture will be delivered in February 2020.


Multifunction printers

The subject of lot 5 is the delivery of a multifunction printer in the order of about 4 500 EUR net.

For economic reasons, the printer of the same type and manufacturer as many of the already existing in the inventory of the ZALF printer to be purchased. This makes it possible to effectively design both the procurement and stocking of supplies (toner cartridges, waste toner boxes) and printer maintenance / repair.

Manufacturer of the printer, which served as planning basis, is the Canon company.

Part of the service is the transport, the contracts in the given room as well as the ready-to-use construction of the printer, including the transport and proper disposal of any packaging material.

Information on delivery: The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. There is no elevator.

For organizational reasons, delivery of the printer in February 2020 is required.
