The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties and public utilities in the territory of the gmina Przelewice.

The order is divided into 2 parts. In the scope of the 1st part of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from properties located within the municipality of Przelewice, on which residents reside, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) for the collection and management of municipal waste from the residents of the gmina Przelewice, which will be within 35 km of the seat of the Municipal Authority of Przelewice. II part — collection of waste from public facilities.

Within the scope of the order is the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste from the property located within the municipality of Przelewice, where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) for the collection and management of municipal waste from the residents of the gmina Przelewice, which will be within 35 km of the seat of the Municipal Authority of Przelewice.
