Copenhagen Airports (CPH) has a strategic focus of constantly developing and adjusting the airport's Services and offerings to meet our customers' needs and demands. The framework agreement will act as key tools to understanding and developing CPH's business and to ensure that the organisation is customer-focused and fact-based. The assignments consists of 3 elements:

Tracking Analysis;

Mystery Shopping;

Ad hoc analysis.

The tender consist of different assignments within tracking and analysis of passengers in CPH. The applicant must be able to carry out the full analytical process within different different tracking analysis, mystery shopping and ad hoc analysis.
