Purchase of electricity for the needs of the City of Rzeszów and organizational units of the city of Rzeszów.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the contract - list of tapping points - description of the subject of the contract. The electricity demand for the period indicated in the draft contract is 14 960 134 kWh. The City of Rzeszów and organizational units will conclude one contract resulting from these proceedings for the award of a public contract in an open tender for "Purchase of electricity for the needs of the City of Rzeszów and organizational units of the City of Rzeszów".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the contract - list of tapping points - a description of the subject of the contract, which contains a summary of the power consumption points constituting an attachment to this specification (available in separate files) and a model contract with attachments.
