1.- These specifications include the clauses to be included in the framework agreement to be concluded following the pre-contractual procedure whose main purpose is the conclusion of a single framework agreement for the acquisition of electrical materials.

2.- The framework agreement, which materializes in option contracts, shall be singular, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 a, of article 252 of the Public Procurement Code, and shall have as its object the attribution to the public contractor of the right to conclude, with the respective contractors, multiple (optional) contracts for the acquisition of goods.

3.- The (optional) contracts for the acquisition of goods to be concluded under the framework agreement shall have as their object the supply of various electrical materials, better identified in Annex A to the Procedure Program.
