NTE Nett AS, Trønderenergi Nett AS, Helgeland Kraft AS and Nordlandsnett AS have established a joint project for the procurement of a new digital operational radio system to replace the current analogye VHF network.

Helgeland Kraft AS invites relevant suppliers, on behalf of the four energy companies, to a pre-qualification for the delivery of such a system.

The procurement process will be carried out in two stages/phases, of which this notice is phase 1 — Pre-qualification Qualified suppliers will then in phase 2 be invited to a final tender contest.

Application for qualification:

All applications must be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal at www.mercell.no within the deadline. Late applications will be rejected. (The system does not allow applications to be sent in electronically via Mercell subsequent to the deadline).

It is recommended that the application is submitted well before the deadline, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline expires.

The final received application will be seen as the final application.
