Delivery, technical support and hosting of documentation software for the care bases existing in the state of Berlin

The Pflegekasse bei der AOK Nordost writes in its own name and on behalf of BIG direkt gesund, the KNAAPPSCHAFT, the SVLFG as Landwirtschaftliche Kranken- und Pflegekasse, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Pflegestützpunkte der Ersatzkassen GbR (ARGE PSP), the SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse, the BKK Verkehrsbau Union (BKK VBU) and the State of Berlin, represented by the Senate Department for Health, Care and Equality, the conclusion of a framework agreement on the supply, technical support and hosting of documentation software for the care bases existing in the Land of Berlin.

The employees of the PSP advise those seeking advice independently and neutrally on questions relating to care and old age. In this context, continuous case documentation and data case support is required. The work of the 36 Berlin Pflegestützpunkte and their evaluation is to be supported by a uniform documentation software as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.

The individual clients can call up services from the framework agreement under the conditions regulated therein. A minimum purchase quantity of 90 licenses including maintenance services is guaranteed. According to the customer's estimates, the total purchase quantity amounts to approx. 120 licenses, although no guarantee can be given for this. This depends, for example, on how many employees work part-time or are on leave.
