The quantities of equipment consumption indicated in the invitation to tender are the estimated quantities of consumption during the acquisition period. Equipment consumption volumes are based on previous material record consumption data and operational plans for the financial years. Estimated consumption amounts shall be reported to the bidder only in support of the tendering. The contract does not constitute a quantity obligation for the contracting entity, but the actual consumption may be higher or lower.

Parallel bids are allowed. Alternative offers within the meaning of the Procurement Act are not permitted.
