The acquisition is divided into five (5) subassemblies:

1. Kanta-Häme region

2. Uusimaa region

3. The region of Satakunta and Southwest Finland

4. Kymenlaakso region

5. Rest of Finland

The tendering process is carried out in an open procedure, based on which one (1) contract supplier per sub-entity is selected as the contract supplier. Same

Tenderers may be selected for more than one sublot.

The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 100 points. The minimum quality requirements set out in the tender documents allow comparisons to be made only on price.

The entities involved are listed in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.
