- Remove linoleum floor coverings approx. 850 m 2 ,

- Dismantling of the floor covering, vertical lamella parquet approx. 120 m 2 ,

- Floor coverings tiles approx. 200 m 2 ,

- Tile walls approx. 100 m 2 ,

- Dismantling built-in cupboards height approx. 2.35 m approx. 11 running meters,

- Dismantling of furnishings (e.g. boards, acoustic pin walls, toilet partition, vanity top),

- Dismantling doors approx. 20 units,

- Dismantling of corridor skylights approx. 15 running meters,

- Removal of screed approx. 15 m 2 ,

- Dismantling of window elements with aluminum frame construction approx. 2 pieces,

- Dismantling of blackout blinds 4 pieces,

- Demolition of masonry walls approx. 13 m 3 ,

- Demolition of drywall ceilings approx. 640 m 2 ,

- Demolition of reinforced concrete - elements / sub-elements approx. 12.5 m 3 ,

- Recesses, diamond saw cuts, screed cuts.

The Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen district is carrying out the general renovation of the Geretsried school center. For this purpose, the demolition work announced here and to be carried out in the course of procurement is required in construction phase 3 A (see II. 1.4)).
