By means of this tender, the municipality of Deventer wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor who acts as an intermediary for contracting self-employed persons and who reduces the associated risks for the municipality.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The scope of the assignment is estimated between € 2,000,000 and € 3,000,000 (excluding VAT) per year including the hourly rates of self-employed persons. The total size (including any extensions, which brings the term to a maximum of 4 years) is estimated between € 8,000,000 and € 12,000,000 (excluding VAT). The size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The municipality of Deventer has no purchase obligation and does not give a turnover guarantee.
