Via a European public tender, GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland intends to outsource the cleaning and window cleaning activities in two lots (cleaning and window cleaning), whereby the preference is to award these lots to one supplier. GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland has chosen to place the distinctive character on quality, whereby the tenderer demonstrates per lot how the quality can best be demonstrated within the scope of GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland.

The new agreement with the service provider stands for result-oriented cleaning and the delivery of “cleaning”, quality and flexibility, which can be adjusted remotely via a digital way and can be checked by people trained by our own “DKS” (Daily Control System).

In addition, these people will have the authority to run quality rounds as DKS inspectors and to conduct their own Audits at any time according to the so-called RQMS or VSR-KMS methodology.
