1. The subject of the contract is the reservation, sale and delivery of domestic and foreign air tickets at the request of the Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. 2. The order includes successive comprehensive booking and purchase of air tickets in the classes required by the Ordering Party, i.e. in business class and economy class on domestic and foreign routes, carriers associated in IATA (International Air Transport Association) or having the status of IATA agent (authorization), as well as in the class of carriers of the so-called low-cost airlines (LCA). 3. The detailed scope of activities to which the Contractor will be obliged is included in Chapter III of the SWZ. 4. In order to facilitate the preparation of the offer, including the estimation of the price of the offer, the Contracting Authority indicates in Annex 7 to the SWZ the directions and number of air connections carried out in the period 2019-2022. The Ordering Party reserves that the number and directions of flights resulting from this order may change.
1.As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to: 1) successive comprehensive reservation and purchase of air tickets in the classes required by the Contracting Entity; 2) accepting from the Ordering Party and carrying out the order in the scope of booking, changing the reservation, purchasing a ticket and making all possible changes to the purchased ticket; 3) execution of the order in the scope of booking within 1 hour of its receipt at the latest; 4) immediate confirmation of receipt of the purchase order and its execution within 4 hours of its receipt; 5) providing round-the-clock possibility to make a reservation 7 days a week, change the reservation and buy a ticket, also on non-working days and holidays; 6) customer service provided each time by a person with air cashier qualifications; 7) ensuring collision-free implementation of multi-stage foreign and domestic connections and the possibility of combining them; 8) propose optimal connections and alternative connections where the total travel time is important; 9) offering the cheapest tickets on a given route specified by the Ordering Party, taking into account the lowest available published tariffs, negotiated rates and promotional rates; 10) offering differentiated connection options (minimum three cheapest connections); 12) remind about the upcoming dates of ticket purchase for previously made reservations; 13) automatic extension of submitted reservations, and if it is not possible to extend the reservation at the current price, notifying the Ordering Party about this fact and about the new price; 14) inform the Ordering Party each time about all changes regarding the booked or purchased tickets – immediately after obtaining such information; 15) in the event of an emergency, free delivery of the ticket to its own customer service office at the airport, or to the point of sale of air tickets of the carrier that performs the flight; 16) in the event that the journey will start in a place other than in Poland, provide the possibility of free collection of the ticket at the representative office in the country of departure or, after agreement with the Ordering Party, free delivery of the ticket to the recipient in another way enabling the start of the journey at the designated time; 17) provide information and assistance to the traveler in the event of changes during the trip; 18) providing assistance to a person traveling in an emergency situation, including providing access to round-the-clock helpdesk; 19) negotiating with specific carriers favorable conditions for the Ordering Party to resign from the ordered tickets; 20) provide free exchange of a previously purchased ticket in the event of bankruptcy of the carrier; 21) organizing and securing the comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the contractual conditions, applicable Polish regulations, as well as the regulations of destination countries; 22) in the event of urgent departures - making every effort to implement the most advantageous air connection, which will ensure timely arrival at the destination of travelers; 23) ensure the possibility of online check-in and inform about the passenger data needed for check-in and the date of their transmission, and at the request of the Ordering Party also to carry out on-line check-in on behalf of the passenger and to deliver the boarding pass electronically; 24) mediation between the Ordering Party and the carrier in the event of any complaints submitted to the carrier in the scope of services covered by the order; 25) changes in the name and any other required data of the person to whom the tickets / reservations were issued, changes in the route, date of travel or class and possible cancellation of the scheduled flight; 26) at the request of the Ordering Party, insuring the ticket and mediating between the Ordering Party and the insurer in the event of the need to use the purchased insurance. 2.Detailed information is provided in Chapter III of the SWZ.
