The procurement is for a joint contract Electrotechnical Installations and Tele and Automation, for the alteration of and a new building for Sandøytunet. Sandøytunet is located in Harøya in Sandøy municipality.
Sandøy municipality has decided to alter and develop Sandøytunet. We would like to use this project to modernise and extend the welfare base and industrial kitchen, construct new sheltered accommodation flats and joint premises for the health services in the municipality.
At the same time, the other public offices in the municipality will be included in this project and a meeting place will be developed for residents. This includes alterations, new buildings in several parts and adaptations of outside areas with sensory gardens and car parks etc.
The project will also include the demolition of an existing building with delivery to a reception facility. The total construction area included in the project is approx. 3 000 m
