The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Żołynia Municipality.
1. The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of the municipality of Żołynia, i.e. from: Solectwa Żołynia, Słectwa Brzóza Stadnicka, Słectwa Smolarzyna, Słectwa Kopanie Żołyńskie, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels are reached recycling, preparation for recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 1439 of d.), and by implementing acts to that Act.

3. The minimum amount expected for the collection and management of waste will be 350,000 Mg.
4. The collection and management of municipal waste should be in accordance with applicable law, in particular with:
(a) the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 1439 as amended);
(b) the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 797 as amended);
(c) by Law of 23 April 1964, Civil Code (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 1740 as amended);
(d) by law of 27 April 2001, Environmental Law (i.e., OJ 2020, item 1219);
by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners;
(f) by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on levels of recycling, reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste;
(g) by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste;
(h) by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective waste fractions.
