The subject of the contract in this tender is "Delivery and implementation of e-services and diagnostic stations under the project entitled "eCareMed – Electronic Medical Documentation and e-services
on the way to accreditation of the Multi-Specialist Hospital in Jaworzno" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") under the European Regional Development Fund. The project will be implemented under Priority Axis II Digital Silesia, Measure 2.1 Support for the development of digital public services of the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 packages, each of which is a separate part.
By specifying Part should be understood Package; these are interchangeable concepts.
Package 1 - Delivery of hardware, software with licenses and labels for printers in connection with the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System EZD PUWThe subject of the contract is the supply of hardware, software along with licenses and labels for printers in connection with the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System EZD PUW. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ.
Package 2 - License delivery and implementation of radiation dose monitoring system with integration with RIS/PACS systemThe subject of the contract is the delivery of a license and implementation of a radiation dose monitoring system along with integration with the RIS / PACS system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ.
Package 3 - Expansion of the electronic patient traffic management systemThe subject of the contract is the development of the electronic patient traffic management system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.3 to the SWZ.
Package 4 - Delivery of diagnostic stationsThe subject of the contract is the delivery of diagnostic stations. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.4 to the SWZ.
Package 5 - Delivery and implementation of videoconferencing and videoconsultation systemsThe subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of videoconferencing and videoconsultation systems. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.5 to the SWZ.
Package 6 - Ongoing patient monitoring system; System for recording medical apparatus and devices (purchase of software and necessary equipment), along with the BI systemThe subject of the contract is the delivery of a system of ongoing patient monitoring; A system for registering medical apparatus and devices (purchase of software and necessary equipment), along with the BI system.
