This contract is a multi-successful framework agreement with purchase orders with 3 holders concluded with a maximum annual amount of EUR 1 000 000.00 excluding VAT

The services are the subject of a single package, composed of the following sectors:

sector A - Annecy (Territory 11, Meythet Annecy north / 12, Annecy Lake Semnoz / 13, Albanian Mandallaz / 14, Fillière Aravis Lake / 15, Cran Seynod Romain)

sector B - Lake Geneva (Territory 31, Chablais / 32, Annemasse Voirons / 33, Salève Vuache / 34, Geneva)

sector C - Arve Valley (Territory 21, Bonneville green valley / 22, Chamonix Mt Blanc Arve)

as the priority tenderer of Sector C (territories 21 and 22) could not be designated at the end of the initial consultation (ref Jeu 2023/S 045-131210), the purpose of this consultation is to designate the third successful tenderer who will have priority in Sector C
