This Tender is for the Provision of the Design, Hosting and Support of a Web Site for The Kent Police and Crime Commissioner and The Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex.

Essex and Kent are collaborative forces that share back office support services, both forces are in the process of developing a new web-site using one IT platform. Although each individual force website will have its own structure, design, look and feel both must be developed simultaneously, run on the same operating system and generate economies of scale where possible.
